Here are your supplies: a 2 L bottle of Coke or Pepsi and 8 ounces of puréed asparagus.
The Coke or Pepsi can either be room temperature or chilled and the asparagus can either be room temperature or warmed.
1st thing next morning you are going to eat the puréed asparagus while drinking the entire 2 Liters of Coke.
Be prepared during the next 12 to 24 hours for plenty of pee trips to the bathroom.
Here’s how it works. The 2 Liters of Coke contains enough phosphoric acid to dissolve the stones. The asparagus acts as a natural diuretic causing you to pee. It’s really that simple.

How to Prevent More Kidney Stones
The obvious way is to limit the foods that contain or produce oxalic acid. Unfortunately that long list of foods contains some of our all-time favorites. Now I’m not suggesting that you cut out some your favorite foods, but here’s the list anyway.
Some of the biggest offenders include spinach, chives, purslane, cassava, amaranth, beets (particularly the tops), rhubarb, parsley, sweet potatoes, pokeweed, leeks, turnips, sugar beets, okra, strawberries, star fruit, lime and lemon peel, pecans, chocolate, tea, instant coffee, toasted wheat germ, dry beans (almost all except lima and green beans), soy protein (including soy milk), peanuts, peanut butter, and black pepper.
Of course, our Creator has already provided a natural herb that works to prevent the formation of oxalate crystals which form and to kidney stones. That herb is called Chanca Piedra or Phyllanthus niruri.
